Our human resources policy
The HR policy of Port of Baku needs: formation of personnel reserve, selection and placement of human resources using modern methods, performance evaluation, holding motivational events to increase employee efficiency, creation of the necessary conditions to ensure the professional growth of human resources as well as other related comprehensive measures designed to be implemented with the aim of improving the management of human resources, the formation of a risk-aware culture and corporate codes of ethics. In addition to the recruitment of high-potential personnel, their sustainable development is one of the priorities of the HR policy of the Port of Baku.
